Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to ½-inch thickness
- 2 tablespoons Jenan all-purpose flour
- 1 Jenan egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Jenan oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Coat the chicken in flour and shake off excess. Dip it in beaten egg and press into panko bread crumbs until fully coated.
- Fry in hot oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
